Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Provide administrative support to the office, including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Greet and assist visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or offices.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
Organize and maintain physical and digital office records and documents.
Assist in data entry, record keeping, and maintaining accurate databases.
Handle general clerical tasks, such as photocopying, filing, and faxing.
Assist with organizing office events, conferences, and team-building activities.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment.
Help with special projects and other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
Proven experience in an office assistant or administrative role is beneficial.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining an organized workspace.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced office environment.
