Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, answer incoming calls, and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner
Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance; place orders when necessary
Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members
Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
Handle administrative tasks such as handling incoming and outgoing mail, drafting correspondence, and organizing files
Support various departments or teams with administrative tasks as required
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software
