Ensure cash registers are accurately balanced at the beginning and end of shifts.
Resolve customer complaints or issues related to cashier services.
Maintain a clean and organized cashier area, including ensuring the availability of supplies.
Assist cashiers with complex transactions or situations.
Create and maintain cashier schedules and manage staffing levels.
Assist in cashier recruitment, onboarding, and training.
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to cash handling.

Previous experience as a Cashier Supervisor or in a cashier role with supervisory responsibilities is preferred.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Proficiency in cash handling, including counting money and making change.
Ability to operate cash registers and handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer issues with professionalism.
