Sales Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a sales team, setting sales goals, and implementing strategies to achieve targets. The Sales Supervisor will play a key role in driving the company’s sales efforts and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and supervise the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Set individual and team sales targets and provide guidance and support to help team members achieve their goals.
Conduct regular performance evaluations of the sales team and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients.
Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in a sales supervisory or management role, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid understanding of sales techniques and principles.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to address sales-related issues.
