Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Waiters/Waitresses. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests, ensuring they receive top-notch service and enjoy their time at our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
Present menus and provide detailed information about dishes and specials
Take customer orders and relay them to the kitchen accurately
Serve food and beverages promptly and with attention to presentation
Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in during the meal and addressing any concerns
Clear tables and maintain a clean and tidy dining area
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
Handle cash and process payments accurately
Upsell menu items and promote special promotions

Requirements:
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
Positive attitude and team player mentality
High school diploma or equivalent
