Job Description:
Join our team as a Data Entry Clerk and contribute to the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to assist in maintaining and updating our database.

Key Responsibilities:
Enter data into the database with a high level of accuracy and speed
Verify and correct data entries for completeness and correctness
Scan and upload documents into the system
Perform regular data quality checks and audits
Assist in the organization and maintenance of electronic files
Collaborate with other departments to gather and verify information
Generate reports and summaries based on entered data
Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies
Assist in other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Typing speed and accuracy
High school diploma or equivalent
