Responsibilities:
Rotate through different departments within the hotel, such as front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, guest relations, and events.
Shadow and assist experienced staff members in their daily tasks and responsibilities.
Learn and apply standard operating procedures related to each department’s functions.
Assist with guest services, including check-in/check-out procedures, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Support housekeeping staff in maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards in guest rooms and public areas.
Assist in food and beverage service, including setting tables, serving guests, and learning about menu offerings.
Participate in events coordination and setup, gaining exposure to event planning and execution.
Contribute innovative ideas to enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency.
