Responsibilities:

Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and itineraries.
Prepare and modify documents, reports, and presentations using various software applications.
Maintain office filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in document organization.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of correspondence, memos, and forms.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Assist in the organization of company events, meetings, or conferences.
Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as managing expenses and processing invoices.
Collaborate with other team members to support various administrative needs as required.
