Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our manufacturing team as Factory Associates. As a Factory Associate, you will play a crucial role in various aspects of the production process, contributing to the success and efficiency of our factory operations.

Responsibilities:
Operate machinery and equipment in the production process.
Assemble, package, and inspect products according to quality standards.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines for factory operations.
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Assist in inventory management and product labeling.
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Factory Associate or in a manufacturing role is preferred.
Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of machinery and manufacturing processes.
Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads.
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
High school diploma or equivalent.
