Job Description:
We are seeking a responsible and safety-conscious individual to join our team as a School Bus Driver. The School Bus Driver will play a crucial role in transporting students to and from school safely, ensuring a secure and comfortable journey.

Responsibilities:
Safely operate a school bus following assigned routes and schedules.
Ensure the safety of students during boarding, travel, and disembarking.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the school bus.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff.
Enforce safety and behavior rules on the bus.
Maintain accurate records of daily bus activities and incidents.
Report mechanical issues and arrange for vehicle maintenance.
Participate in training sessions and workshops as required.

Qualifications:
Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with the necessary endorsements.
Clean driving record and a demonstrated commitment to safety.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to interact effectively with students of various ages.
Knowledge of traffic regulations and safe driving practices.
Previous experience as a school bus driver is preferred.
Flexibility to work morning and afternoon shifts.
