Job Title: Inventory Assistant

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Inventory Assistant. The Inventory Assistant will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Responsibilities:
Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Monitor and update inventory levels using the company’s inventory management system.
Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
Assist in the organization and labeling of stock items.
Collaborate with purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure adequate stock levels.
Generate inventory reports and assist in analyzing inventory trends.
Assist in conducting periodic audits of inventory records.
Help implement and follow inventory control procedures.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in inventory management or a related role is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Physical ability to lift and move inventory items.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
