Job Description:
We are expanding our team and looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join us as Sales Associates. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers and contributing to the success of our sales team.

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide product information, answer inquiries, and offer recommendations.
Process customer transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Maintain a neat and organized sales area, including restocking shelves.
Stay informed about product features, promotions, and company policies.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
Handle customer concerns and provide solutions or escalate issues as needed.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills for processing transactions.
Positive attitude and a customer-centric approach.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move items as necessary.
