Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing accurate financial reports to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation.
Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations of all accounts.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and tax filings.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances, providing insights to management.
Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Maintain organized financial records and ensure accuracy in data entry.
Collaborate with other departments to support overall business goals.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
years of accounting experience (public accounting experience is a plus).
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
CPA certification is a plus but not required.
