Position: Accountant

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will contribute to the financial health and efficiency of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries.
Prepare financial statements, budgets, and variance reports.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate reporting.
Handle accounts payable and receivable functions.
Prepare and file tax documents in compliance with regulations.
Assist with audits and ensure adherence to financial policies.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial processes.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of tax laws and compliance requirements.
