Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage financial transactions, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The role involves handling accounts payable/receivable, reconciling financial records, and supporting the finance team in budgeting and audits. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, accuracy, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:
Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers
Prepare balance sheets, income statements, and financial reports
Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial records
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Ensure compliance with company policies, VAT regulations, and accounting standards
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation
Monitor expenses and support cost-control initiatives
Collaborate with management for financial decision-making
Maintain confidentiality of financial information

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role
Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, ERP systems)
Strong understanding of financial regulations and VAT compliance
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
