We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the financial operations of our organization in Dubai. The successful candidate will manage the accounting team, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and provide strategic insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the daily operations of the accounting team.
Oversee financial reporting, including the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Monitor and ensure compliance with UAE VAT and other tax regulations.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning processes.
Perform financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Coordinate and lead internal and external audit processes.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records and systems.
Implement and maintain effective internal controls.
Liaise with banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies as needed.
Mentor and develop the accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence.
