Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration: Manage schedules, organize meetings, and maintain records and files.
Communication: Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the team or manager.
Document Management: Prepare reports, draft letters, and create presentations or spreadsheets.
Coordination: Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external vendors.
Logistics: Arrange travel, book accommodations, and manage event planning when necessary.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office tools.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
