Administrative Assistant Job Opportunity in United Arab Emirates.
We are seeking a well-organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of tasks including document preparation, scheduling, correspondence, and general office duties while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning
Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments
Draft, format, and proofread internal and external correspondence
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required
Maintain and organize office supplies and place orders when necessary
Assist with travel arrangements, bookings, and expense reports
Support the team with any ad-hoc tasks or projects as required
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Professional attitude and appearance
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
