Description

We are looking for Aircraft Cleaning Supervisor to supervise aircraft cleaning crews, ensure timely and high-quality cabin cleaning, maintain safety standards, and coordinate with airline and airport personnel for smooth turnaround operations.

 KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
 Shift & Team Supervision
Assign cleaning tasks to team members based on flight schedules

Supervise cleaners during boarding, transit, and overnight cleaning operations

Ensure team attendance, uniform, and grooming compliance

Provide on-the-job guidance and monitor performance

 Cabin Cleaning Oversight
Ensure all cabin zones (cockpit, passenger cabin, lavatories, galley) are cleaned to airline standards

Check for foreign object debris (FOD), seat pocket content, stains, and trash

Report any damage or missing equipment to engineering or airline staff

Coordinate deep-cleaning and disinfection during night shifts or long hauls

 Time Management & Turnaround Coordination
Follow strict turnaround time (TAT) requirements for departures

Coordinate closely with ramp teams, loading crew, and airline dispatch

Track and update cleaning status on digital systems or logs

 Inventory & Supplies
Manage stock of cleaning materials, PPE, gloves, disinfectants, etc.

Request replenishment in advance to avoid delays

Ensure eco-friendly and approved chemicals are used per airline SOP

 Health, Safety & Security Compliance
Enforce safety regulations during aircraft servicing (no-slip, PPE, etc.)

Ensure cleaning team follows airport security protocols at all times

Conduct regular toolbox talks and safety briefings

Prepare incident reports in case of spillage, injury, or breach

 Training & Quality Control
Train new staff on cleaning procedures and aircraft protocols

Perform regular quality audits of completed aircraft

Ensure compliance with airline cleaning manuals and checklists

Suggest improvements in workflow or equipment use.
