We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused Airport Ground Staff to ensure the smooth operation of airport services. The role involves assisting passengers, managing baggage, coordinating with flight crews, and ensuring efficient ground operations while maintaining safety and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and arrival areas.

Handle passenger queries, ticketing, and travel documentation.

Coordinate with flight attendants and cabin crew for boarding and disembarkation.

Manage baggage handling, tagging, and lost-and-found services.

Guide passengers with special needs, including wheelchair assistance.

Ensure safety and compliance with airport and airline regulations.

Operate communication systems and support flight dispatch and scheduling teams.

Monitor and report operational issues to the supervisor.

Maintain professional behavior and excellent customer service at all times.
