 JOB OPPORTUNITY: ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT

 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

We are a dynamic and growing organization committed to excellence and innovation. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Accountant to support our finance team in day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports

Maintain accurate and up-to-date ledgers and journals

Process invoices, payments, and expenses

Support month-end and year-end closing activities

Reconcile bank statements and company accounts

Manage petty cash and company expenses

Help in maintaining accurate documentation and records

Assist with audits and other financial reviews

Perform any other ad-hoc accounting duties as assigned

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

1–3 years of experience in a similar role (internship or full-time)

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
