 We’re Hiring: Assistant Accountant

Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to support our finance team. The successful candidate will assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, help maintain financial records, and ensure accuracy in reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing financial statements and reports

Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and transactions

Help with bank reconciliations and petty cash handling

Assist with payroll preparation and tax filings

Manage data entry for accounts payable and receivable

Support the senior accountant in audits and month-end closing

Perform general office and administrative tasks as required

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or in progress)

1–2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred

Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Excel)

Good organizational and time-management skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work well in a team
