Position Overview:
The Assistant Administrator plays a vital role in supporting senior administrative staff, coordinating office operations, handling documentation, and ensuring efficient communication across departments. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and a proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to senior staff and departments.
Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation (digital and physical).
Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars.
Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications professionally.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.
Support onboarding of new employees and general HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with office procedures and company policies.
Assist in coordinating office events, training sessions, or special projects.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
1–3 years of administrative or clerical experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
