Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Assistant Administrator to support our administrative and operational functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office, providing essential support to senior staff, and helping maintain efficient internal processes.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to management and staff
Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation (physical and digital)
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
Support office supply management and order processing
Coordinate with other departments and external vendors as needed
Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records
Perform data entry and database updates accurately
Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
1–2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level of discretion and professionalism
Ability to work independently and within a team
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with office management software or CRM systems
Knowledge of basic HR or finance processes
