Description

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Assistant Nurse to support our healthcare team in providing quality patient care. The Assistant Nurse will assist registered nurses and medical staff with clinical tasks, personal care, and daily support to patients in accordance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care:
Assist patients with personal hygiene (bathing, grooming, dressing)

Help with mobility: turning, transferring, walking, and using mobility aids

Serve meals and assist with feeding if needed

Monitor and report changes in patients’ condition to the nurse-in-charge

Clinical Support:
Take and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration)

Assist with basic procedures and wound care under supervision

Prepare and clean patient rooms and medical equipment

Support infection control and hygiene protocols

Administrative Support:
Maintain accurate records of care provided

Assist in updating patient charts and documentation

Transport patients to other departments or tests as required

Emotional Support:
Provide companionship and emotional comfort to patients

Respect patients’ privacy, dignity, and cultural needs
