English Assistant Teacher (Female) Required
Location: Dubai

We are seeking a dedicated Female English Assistant Teacher to support our English department in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about education and eager to assist in creating a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the lead teacher in delivering engaging English lessons
Assist in lesson planning, material preparation, and classroom setup
Help monitor student progress and provide feedback
Work with small groups of students or individuals to support language development
Encourage students to participate and engage in classroom activities
Maintain classroom organization and support behavior management strategies
Assist in grading assignments and tracking student performance
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school activities
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other staff members
Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment for all students
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in a classroom setting or with young learners is an advantage
Strong command of English, both spoken and written
Patient, encouraging, and enthusiastic about working with children
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
