Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Teacher to support our classroom activities and contribute to the development of our students. As an Assistant Teacher, you will work closely with the lead teacher to create a positive and effective learning environment. You will assist with lesson planning, classroom management, and student assessments to ensure that every student’s needs are met.

Responsibilities:

Assist the lead teacher in planning and delivering lessons.
Support students during lessons and help them with their tasks.
Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive and respectful learning environment.
Supervise students during activities and ensure their safety.
Provide one-on-one assistance to students who need extra help.
Grade assignments and assist in tracking students’ progress.
Assist with the preparation of learning materials and classroom displays.
Participate in parent-teacher meetings and school events as required.
Contribute to the overall growth and success of the students and the school.
Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Education is a plus).
Previous experience working with children in a classroom setting is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with children.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Organized and able to multitask effectively.
