Job Overview:
We are looking for compassionate and responsible Baby Care Staff to join our childcare team. This role involves ensuring the safety, health, and well-being of infants and toddlers in a nurturing and stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide attentive care to infants and toddlers, including feeding, diapering, and monitoring naps.
Plan and engage children in age-appropriate activities to support their development.
Maintain a clean and safe environment.
Communicate with parents about daily routines and milestones.
Follow all childcare regulations and safety standards.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; childcare certification is an advantage.
Experience in childcare or early childhood education preferred.
Patient, nurturing, and energetic personality.
Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR is a plus.
Ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively.
