Requirements:
Fresh graduate with a high school diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
Passion for working with children and ensuring their safety
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and the ability to manage young children
Willingness to work flexible hours, including mornings and afternoons
Previous experience working with children is a plus but not required
