Responsibilities:
Perform data entry and maintain records
Prepare reports, documents, and correspondence
Support coordination between departments
Handle filing, scanning, and documentation
Assist with inventory, invoices, and office administration
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of data
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Back Office Assistant or similar role preferred
