Job Position: Banquet Server

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and professional Banquet Servers to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional service during banquets, events, and functions, ensuring that all guests have a memorable experience.

Responsibilities:

Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including arranging tables, chairs, and decorations.
Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
Assist with the preparation and presentation of banquet meals, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards.
Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to any requests or concerns.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the banquet area before, during, and after events.
Clear tables and remove used dishes, glasses, and utensils promptly.
Ensure that all food and beverages are served in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Assist with the breakdown and cleanup of banquet rooms after events.
Provide excellent customer service and contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
Work collaboratively with kitchen and banquet staff to ensure smooth event operations.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Banquet Server or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
Strong knowledge of banquet service standards and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift and carry heavy items, such as trays and equipment.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high service standards.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training or certification is a plus.
