Barista (Freshers Welcome)
Location: Dubai

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Barista to join our café in Dubai. If you love coffee and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to start your career in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
Ensure excellent customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly and helpful manner
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including the counter, seating area, and equipment
Assist customers with menu selections and take accurate orders
Follow recipes and quality standards to ensure consistent beverage preparation
Handle cash, process payments, and operate the point-of-sale system
Restock supplies and ingredients as needed, ensuring the café is well-prepared for busy periods
Maintain knowledge of the coffee menu and offer recommendations to customers
Follow health and safety guidelines for food preparation and sanitation
Assist with any additional tasks to ensure smooth café operations
Requirements:

Freshers are welcome; no prior experience needed
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Passion for coffee and willingness to learn about brewing techniques
Team-oriented and flexible with work hours
Basic math skills for handling cash and payments
Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
Previous experience in a café or restaurant is a plus but not required
