Position: Barista
Location: Dubai, UAE

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in preparing high-quality  beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment.
Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their needs.
Handle cash and process payments accurately using the POS system.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and seating areas.
Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
Adhere to health and safety regulations in food preparation and service.
Assist in creating a positive and welcoming environment for guests and team members.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred.
Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality beverages.
Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
