Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly and helpful Bellboy to assist guests with their luggage and provide exceptional customer service at our hotel in Dubai. As a Bellboy, you will ensure guests have a smooth and pleasant experience from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities:

Assist guests with carrying luggage to and from their rooms.
Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
Ensure the lobby and entrance areas are clean and welcoming.
Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly.
Assist with parking and retrieving guest vehicles as needed.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift heavy luggage and stand for long periods.
Professional appearance and a friendly, helpful attitude.
