Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and energetic Bell Boy to assist guests with their luggage and ensure a welcoming arrival and departure experience. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, carry luggage, and assist guests with their needs during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests upon arrival and assist with their luggage.
Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel facilities and amenities.
Deliver luggage, packages, or other items to guest rooms promptly.
Provide guests with directions, recommendations, and assistance as needed.
Assist with room changes, deliveries, and pick-ups of guest items.
Coordinate with the front desk to ensure efficient guest service.
Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is a plus.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Physical ability to lift and carry heavy luggage.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
