Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and assist with luggage upon arrival and departure.
Escort guests to their rooms and provide a brief orientation of hotel facilities.
Deliver packages, messages, and room service items promptly.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and luggage storage areas.
Assist guests with queries and ensure a seamless guest experience.
Requirements:

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and a friendly attitude.
Physical ability to lift and carry luggage safely.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
