We are looking for a friendly and reliable Bell Boy to assist guests and ensure they have a pleasant stay.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and assist with their luggage during check-in and check-out.
Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features and facilities.
Deliver messages, packages, and other items to guest rooms promptly.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and luggage storage areas.
Assist in coordinating transportation and providing directions or local recommendations.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests with professionalism.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to handle luggage and other items with care.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Basic knowledge of local attractions and services is an advantage.
