Call Center Agent (Freshers)
Location: Dubai

We are hiring a Fresh Call Center Agent to join our customer service team in Dubai. This role offers a great opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in customer support and call center operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
Provide information about products, services, and company policies
Assist customers with order processing, complaints, and issue resolution
Handle high volumes of calls and ensure timely follow-up on customer requests
Document customer interactions and update records in the system
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction

Meet performance targets and maintain a high level of customer service

Requirements:
Fresh graduate or high school diploma
Excellent communication skills in English (Other is a plus)
Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software
Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Previous experience in a call center or customer service is a plus but not required
