Call Center Agent Position Available
Location: Dubai, UAE

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Center Agents to join our team in Dubai. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy assisting customers, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely manner
Provide detailed information about products and services
Record and update customer details and interactions in the system
Meet call center performance targets and KPIs
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:

Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and call center software
Positive attitude and ability to handle challenging situations calmly
Flexibility to work in shifts if required
