Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Call Center Representatives to join our team. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and providing excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information regarding products and services
Handle complaints, troubleshoot problems, and escalate complex issues
Maintain detailed records of interactions in the system
Meet performance targets and call quality standards
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Ability to work in shifts
