Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Greeting customers warmly, taking orders, and answering any questions they may have about the menu or restaurant policies.
Processing Transactions: Handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all payments are processed correctly.
Maintaining Cash Register: Keeping the cash register organized, balanced, and secure, including counting cash at the beginning and end of shifts.
Order Management: Communicating orders to kitchen staff and ensuring that orders are fulfilled accurately and promptly.
