Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
Greet customers as they enter the store and provide excellent customer service.
Accurately process customer transactions, including cash, credit/debit card, and mobile payments.
Scan and bag items efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Handle returns and exchanges according to store policies.
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
Balance the cash register at the end of each shift and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
Assist customers with inquiries and provide product information as needed.
Promote and upsell store promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation.
Follow all store policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling and security.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is preferred.
Strong numerical and basic math skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
Friendly and positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to stand for long periods and handle repetitive tasks.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
