ROLES
Customer Service:
Greeting and Assisting Customers: Welcome customers with a friendly demeanor and assist them with their purchases.
Handling Complaints: Address customer complaints or issues, escalating to a manager if necessary.
2. Transaction Processing:
Operating Cash Register: Scan items, process payments (cash, credit/debit cards, gift cards), and handle receipts.
Ensuring Accuracy: Verify pricing and apply discounts or promotions accurately.
3. Cash Handling:
Managing Cash Drawer: Keep track of cash in the drawer, make change, and balance the register at the beginning and end of shifts.
