Position: Cashier

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage all transactions with efficiency, accuracy, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment transactions accurately.
Provide customers with receipts and ensure all sales are recorded properly.
Assist customers with inquiries about products, prices, and services.
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
Monitor cash register supplies and request replenishment when necessary.
Address customer complaints or escalate them to the appropriate department.
Balance the cash register and generate reports at the end of shifts.
Support other team members as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience as a cashier or in customer service is an advantage.
Basic math and computer skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle transactions and resolve issues calmly under pressure.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
