Job Overview:
We are looking for a responsible and friendly Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing customer transactions, handling cash and card payments, and ensuring an excellent customer experience at the checkout.

Key Responsibilities:
 Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
 Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments
 Ensure the cash register is balanced at the beginning and end of each shift
 Provide accurate change and receipts to customers
 Assist with customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
 Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
 Ensure product pricing is correct and update as needed
 Support store operations by restocking shelves and assisting with inventory when required
 Follow all cash handling procedures and company policies

Requirements:
 Education: High school diploma or equivalent
 Experience: Previous cashier or retail experience is preferred
 Skills:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to handle cash and card transactions responsibly
Proficiency with POS systems and basic math skills
Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
Ability to work well in a team and handle fast-paced environments
