Description

We are looking for a trustworthy and customer-focused Cashier to manage transactions efficiently and accurately in our retail or hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude while providing top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately.
Issue receipts, refunds, and change to customers.
Ensure proper scanning and pricing of products or services.
Balance the cash register at the beginning and end of shifts.
Maintain cleanliness and order at the checkout area.
Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent service.
Report any discrepancies, errors, or suspicious activities to management.
Support store operations, restocking, or other assigned duties when needed.

Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a cashier or customer service role (UAE experience preferred).

Skills:
Good numeracy and basic accounting skills.
Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems.
Strong communication and customer service abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Honest, reliable, and well-presented.
Language: Fluency in English is required (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
Availability: Able to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
