Position: Catering Coordinator
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage catering events from start to finish, ensuring all client needs are met.
Liaise with clients to understand their event requirements and provide personalized service.
Plan and organize menus in collaboration with chefs and culinary staff.
Oversee event logistics, including venue setup, staffing, and equipment rental.
Ensure timely delivery and setup of food and beverages at events.
Monitor event progress and address any issues that arise promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of client orders, payments, and event details.
Work closely with the sales team to secure new catering contracts and build client relationships.
Supervise catering staff and provide training as needed.
Conduct post-event evaluations to ensure client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience as a Catering Coordinator, Event Planner, or in a similar role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in using event management software and Microsoft Office.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by events.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
