About the Role
We are seeking an organized and customer-focused Catering Coordinator to oversee and manage catering operations. This role involves coordinating with clients, managing logistics, and ensuring smooth execution of events.

Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients to understand their catering needs and preferences.
Plan and coordinate catering services for events, including menu selection, staffing, and logistics.
Liaise with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food.
Oversee event setup, service, and cleanup to ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain inventory of catering supplies and order items as needed.
Prepare cost estimates, invoices, and manage client accounts.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Address and resolve any issues or concerns during events promptly.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in catering, event planning, or hospitality management.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and catering management software.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
