We are seeking a vigilant and detail-oriented CCTV Operator to monitor security cameras, ensure the safety of our premises, and respond to suspicious activity. Key duties include observing and recording incidents, reporting breaches, and maintaining system functionality. Ideal candidates will have excellent observational skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and knowledge of CCTV equipment (training provided). Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and operate CCTV systems to ensure the safety of premises, staff, and visitors.
Proactively identify suspicious or unusual activity and take appropriate action.
Maintain accurate records of all incidents, ensuring detailed and timely reporting.
Collaborate with security teams and law enforcement when necessary.
Conduct regular equipment checks to ensure systems are operational.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Proven experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of data protection and confidentiality policies.
Familiarity with CCTV equipment and software (training can be provided).
