Description

The CCTV Operator is responsible for monitoring surveillance cameras, identifying suspicious activities, ensuring safety and security across the premises, and reporting incidents in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor live CCTV footage and ensure all cameras are functioning properly.

Identify unusual or suspicious activities and report immediately to the security supervisor/management.

Maintain logs of daily activities, incidents, and malfunctions.

Retrieve and export CCTV footage when required.

Follow company security procedures and emergency protocols.

Coordinate with security personnel during emergencies or incidents.

Ensure confidentiality and safe handling of all security-related information.

Regularly check camera positions, clarity, and system performance.

Assist in maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff, visitors, and property.
